Only Katja Baghai has access to your enquiry data. It is not viewed, processed, or accessed by any other person, and is not shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, and — if you go on to become a client — to manage our ongoing work together. It is not used for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond your care.
If you make an enquiry but don't go on to become a client, your contact details are deleted from the CRM after a reasonable period. Client records are retained only for as long as needed for your care and any professional or legal requirements, in line with BACP guidance, after which they are securely deleted.
